ESSAY MARA

REMINDER!!!
THIS POST MAY CONSIDERED LONG WITH FULL OF CRAPPING WORDS AND SENTENCE!!!
may also contain a lot of grammar mistakes and lack of bombastic vocabulary

ESSAY : MYSELF, STUDY PLANNING AND CAREER

On the 3rd March of 1994, a cute little girl had brought an inexplicable delight to the family of En Alias and Pn Zaidan after waiting for almost four years to have another child. I got to know the world at the Specialist Clinic of Taman Melawati, Ulu Klang on the month of Ramadan and I am the second daughter out of 6 siblings. I lived in Kuala Lumpur until I was four and settled down in my father’s hometown, Kampung Jenjarom in Banting till now.  My father is an EHS Executive at Air Product Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Shah Alam while my mother is a teacher at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jenjarom. Growing up in a large family of eight and being a second child taught me a lot in becoming a responsible, caring and patient person. Although many people think that these qualities belong to the eldest child, but sometimes I feel like I am the one. When I was eight, my eldest sister went to a boarding school which made me spend more time with my little brothers and sisters. This situation built up my sense of responsibility and patience towards others as I always helped my parents to take care of them and cope with their naughtiness.

I received early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jenjarom and managed to graduate there with flying colors. I was selected as a school prefect since I was in Year 3 and when I was in Year 6, I became the Secretary of Scout Club and the Science and Mathematics Club as well as one of the High Committee Members of Indoor Games Club. As for co-curricular activities, I participated in some quizzes at the district level and represented my school in some chess and taekwondo tournament. After obtaining excellent results in UPSR, I was offered to continue my secondary education at one of the prestigious boarding schools in Malaysia which is Tunku Kurshiah College (TKC). Life as an all-girls boarding school student at TKC educated me to become independent, well-disciplined and organized. Piled with many school programs as well as the pressure to maintain good results and co-curricular performances, this school inculcated me to be a diligent, strong-hearted and well balanced future leader holistically. With the entire busy schedule, I still managed to adjust my study and co-curricular activity with the support from my beloved batch mates. It was proven when I managed to accomplish 8A’s in my PMR and 10A’s in SPM.

As for co-curricular activities, I enjoyed playing basketball. I was a house basketball player since I was in Form 1 till Form 3 and my house team won the first place in Inter-house Basketball Competition during my first and third year. Not only that, I also represented my school in many basketball competitions such as MSSM Basketball Tournament Negeri Sembilan and 3 on 3 AND1 Basketball Tournament. Other than that, I am also interested in taekwondo and represented my school in a lot of taekwondo championships since I was in Form 1 such as 27th National Youth Taekwondo Championship 2007, SUKNES Taekwondo Championship 2009, WTF Youth Taekwondo Championship 2010 and Open Master TAE-MA Taekwondo Championship 2011. I was also certified as black belt holder in 2010. Basketball and taekwondo are my main passion but I also took part in other co-curricular activity such as the Bukit Putus Run 2010.

My leadership skills were showed when I was selected to be one of my dorm’s high committee members in 2009 and I was a dorm leader in 2010. I was selected as a school prefect in the middle-year of 2010 till the end of 2011. I was the President of Taekwondo Club 2011, Form Representative of Taekwondo Club 2010 and Art Club 2011. Besides that, I also assisted some of our school occasions such as Committee of Patriotism and Language Month 2010 and Career Exposure Program 2011. In addition, TKC is an institution that transformed me into a confident and outspoken person but also respect towards others no matter as a leader or a follower.

Involving in engineering field was not actually my early ambition. As a naïve kid, the desire to be a doctor was definitely there. But as I grew up, I realized that I love to join in outdoor activities and associating in engineering field would be a great choice. I want to specialize my engineering course in aviation and aircraft maintenance technology. Knowing that this course is quite difficult to find scholarship, I decided to take MARA Education Loan Program. Under this program, I can further my study in aviation and aircraft maintenance technology in Russia. Before I fly to Russia, I would do my Pre-University Russia and MIAT in UniKL MIAT, Sepang for one year. Then, as what I read from the UniKL MIAT website, the students who excel and qualified under the Pre-University Foundation Program will be selected to pursue their study in Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) and I hope that I will be one of them. As my ambition is to become a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (LAME), I will get my license through British Civil Airworthiness Requirements (BCAR) or EASA Part 147.

While many of my friends who want to be in engineering field choose to further in chemical engineering, I know that the course that I choose is still new for Malaysia. However, I believed this course has great potential to grow in our country in the next few years. Furthermore, this position is in great demand in many countries in the world. My ambition to be a LAME is inspired by my sister when she wanted to fly to Japan to further her studies in pharmacy under the JPA Scholarship. I was amazed by the all the gigantic airplanes placed at the hangar and was taking off when I passed by it during the journey.  At that time, I embed an aim that one day I will be the one who will undertake and supervise all the airplanes maintenance so that all the passengers can have a safe journey.

we continued strolling around the USS until our feet felt like 'nak tercabut'
we arrived back at our hotel about 8.00pm after ONE HOUR++ of WAITING =.="
we went back to Malaysia the next day on 19th & arrived at KLIA about 4.00pm

there was plenty of pictures taken
and it didn't make sense if i upload all of it here
so,this are the selected ones :)

p/s: beria btol aku brjalan, xsedar esok result SPM keluar =.="

best way of LEARNING

"a person starts his/her life with an azan, and ends it with a solat.
do you see how close the time is in between the azan and solat??so does our life"

i forgot where did i find this saying but it had been a long time ago
well, last 3rd March was my birthday and alhamdullilah Allah still give the chance to live
in His beautiful world for about 18 years now.i also got a new laptop on my birthday
then, the next day on 4th March i went to Jom Masuk U Carnival at Dataran Telok Kemang,PD with my fmly
it was such a happy moment at that time until we reached our kampung to visit my uwan
when we got there, she already 'nazak'
i heard the guests that came all together say "lailahaillallah",syahadah and all
at about 4.51 pm,she passed away with all her daughters n grandchildren around.
this was really the first time i saw how someone faced sakaratulmaut
and i have to admit it,i shivered at that time.
but alhamdullilah all the process 'urusan jenazah' went well (funeral on 5th March)
i really got the real experience how to do it
(not with those 'patung' which most school use for kursus jenazah which was not held at my college)
i saw the process from the time 'malaikat maut' took the soul until the burial and the 'talkin' was read
i just knew that it best to read all 30 juzuk Al-quran non-stop as sedekah for jenazah,
we can't let the jenazah alone at night (someone must stay up to look after)
i also got the chance to carry her for bath;saw how to bath a 'jenazah',proses kafan,the funeral;
brave myself to kiss her on the forehead (it felt very cold like an ice)
i also heard the talkin being read by the imam
after all the funeral finished,i helped for the tahlil (prepare for food etc)
this was also the first time i went for a tahlil
for a while,i think..
"mcm mne keadaan aku nnti kalo aku mati??"
"cukup ke ibadah aku utk mlayakkn aku trhindar dri azab kubur, api neraka??"
"boleh ke aku jawab soalan malaikat munkar & nakir??"
"hebat kuasa Allah.smlm aku brsuka sambut birthday aku,dpt laptop baru.esoknya,Allah berikn aku pula pringatan bhw tiap yg hidup pasti akn mati"
"mostly students blaja cara uruskn jenazah guna patung kt sklh, aku pulak dpt ilmu tu dgn uruskn jenazah yg btol"
"mcm mne pulak kalo org yg pandai uruskn jenazah ni dh xde sbb mostly yg tolg urus dh brumur, ade ke org muda skrg yg pandai buat kerja2 mcm ni??"

well, true enough from what i learned during agama kt kolej
menghadiri upacara pengebumian mengajar kita untuk MENGINSAFI DIRI

confuse??? =.="

almost two days in a row research bout courses
ni sume upu punye pasal =.="
so,after so much struggle with laptop & brochure
(thanks to ibu sbb suggest kn jumpa kaunselor sklh dia)
i've decide to take AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING or

okay, mybe its really rare for a woman to be in this field
plus, this bidang pun still new in Malaysia
but heyy

WE WILL NOT KNOW IF WE DON'T TRY,RIGHT???
ada org ckp course ni prospek keje dia xbyk sgt kt Msia
tpi bila fikir2 kn balik
Airport kt Msia still memerlukn byk engineer for airplane diorg
TUDM still need a lot of people to be in their regiment
kalo xdpt keje dlm bdg aircraft pun,ada jugk kerja lain yg mnggunakan kemahiran dlm bdg ni
the conclusion is
don't think so much about job.it must be there,
even if we have to start it at the very bottom
besides, every successful person in this world start from the bottom
and once felt the failure
so,

plus, there is a little history why i suddenly fall in love with  aircraft
starts from a very childish reason/dream :D haha
well,i think its the time to make YOUR DREAM COMES TRUE :)

muslim women are QUEENS

time ronda2 kt fb tadi, ade laa jumpa this one article.sounds interesting and well said :) lets read together :

A British man came to Sheikh and asked: Why is it not permissible in Islam for women to shake hands with a man? The Sheikh said: Can you shake hands with Queen Elizabeth?
British man said: Of course not, there are only certain people who can shake hands with Queen Elizabeth.
The Sheikh replied: our women are queens and queens do not shake hands with strange men.

Then the British man asked the Sheikh: Why do your girls cover up their body and hair?
The Sheikh smiled and got two sweets, he opened the first one and kept the other one closed. He threw them both on    the dusty floor and asked the British : If I asked you to take one of the sweets which one will you choose?
The British replied: The covered one
The Sheikh said: that’s how we treat and see our woman
